After you register with us we keep in close contact with you keeping you up to date as and when suitable new properties are available. We provide full property particulars including internal photographs, floorplans and room dimensions. Providing you with this information enables us to match your needs more precisely eliminating wasted viewings.
Once you have found a property you wish to apply for you will be asked to complete an application form and pay the referencing and agency fee.
We will process your application as soon as it has been completed and returned to us together with the correct payment. This will take a minimum of three working days but if additional information be required the processing time will extend further. We cannot be more specific with regards to the time scales as it varies depending on how long your referees take to respond. We use an external agency for our referencing and will contact you as soon as we have a response from them.
On acceptance as a prospective Tenant we will arrange a mutual date for you to move into your new home. Immediately prior to this date you will be required to sign the tenancy agreement.
