Dean Cooke FNAEA, CPEA (Managing Partner)
Dean has been a member of the National Association of Estate Agents since 1991 and was made a fellow in 1998. He also has a Certificate of Practice in Estate Agency, which is a recognized industry qualification, backed by The National Association of Estate Agents and The National Approved Letting Scheme.
Dean has been involved in lettings since the late 80’s and is also a member of the Eastern Landlords Association.

Luci Dye MARLA
Luci has held key positions in the lettings industry since 1999 and has a wealth of experience in the sector. She last held a position as the Assistant Manger for an agency handling in excess of £1 million of client funds annually. She is a Member of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents and holds and Industry Standard Qualification.

Luke Watson
Luke joined Alexander & Co in October 2008 as a junior member of staff. He quickly demonstrated his abilities and was promoted to Trainee Negotiator. He is a keen footballer, playing for Bawdeswell and makes frequent trips to Wensum Valley Golf Club to satisfy his other passion of hitting an impossibly small ball. He is an avid Norwich City supporter. His ambitions are to progress his career in this field, attending ARLA foundation courses on various aspects of lettings with further qualifications anticipated.

Alex Hackett
Alex joined Alexander & Co in late 2009 to head up the maintenance dept. He offers us a wealth of experience in this role having worked in the industry since 2005. He has BSC with honours in Environmental Management from UEA. His enthusiasm to carry out the job correctly and to our client’s specifications has helped him achieve trust and a certain ‘carte blanche’ from our clients. His interests include ‘Norwich City’, a season ticket holder, the gym and socialising.
